The premier attraction of the winter season is ‘The View on Ice’, a rooftop skating experience operated by the Ledra Marriott hotel in Athens. Until the end of February, visitors can lace up there ice skates and enjoy the breathtaking Athens scenery. The experience is free and the hotel offers a range of seasonal food and drink to keep you warm in between skates.
The ice rick is located on top of the Star City Cinema Complex, right next to the Ledra Marriott hotel. The rink spans 200 square metres and is open from 11 am to 11 pm every day, ideal for enjoying the Athens scenery as the sun sets.
The Ledra Marriott has over 300 guests rooms spread aver eight floors and overlooking to famous Acropolis. It is just minutes from the other historic Athens tourist sights, including the Plaka, Piraeus Port and the New Acropolis. The hotel also boasts a rooftop pool and a 24 hour gym.
