The situation in Tunisia is now calmer although demonstrations are expected to continue and incidents of violence are still possible. The Forgein Office has advised against all but essential travel to Tunisia. Thomas Cook cancels Tunisia flights

Following the increase in the number of riots and demonstrations in Tunisia, Thomas Cook UK have taken the decision to cancel charter flights to Monastir until Wednesday 19th. There were six flights operating from Monastir on Friday to re-patriate passengers who wanted to return home.
