Enjoy luxury with Abu Dhabi’s new exclusive resorts
Two new lodge style resorts are set to open in Abu Dubai in late 2010, offering unique, luxury experiences to visitors to the popular holiday destination. The lodges will be situated on the Sir Bani Yas Island and will showcase the best features of the island’s diverse landscape and exciting wildlife. The launch of the two resorts will capitalise on the growing popularity of intimate, exclusive breaks, this niche market has expanded considerably over the past few years with many tourists choosing to enjoy a luxury getaway.
The fist lodge, the Al Barari will be located in one of the best locations on the island. The name Al Barari translates into Savannah and will offer visitors stunning views over the Arabia Wildlife Park. Here guests can take in the many different forms of wildlife roaming freely across the park and enjoy the spectacular views. The resort is spilt into 30 lavish lodges all with a rustic feel which overlook the Arabian Sea.
The second resort, the Al Yamm ‘The Sea’ will have a distinctly different feel with island lodges situated on a luxurious beachfront on the eastern shores of the island. The beaches are famed for being the best on the island and the resort will treat guests to views across a tranquil lagoon. Al Yamm will again be split into a series of lodges, the majority will overlook the Arabian Sea from a shoreline position and others will be set back close to the stunning lagoon.
Along with the opening of the resorts, Abu Dhabi will also launch a Dive and Water centre and an Equestrian centre, due to open alter this year.
