Popular UK cruise line Windstar Cruises is set to tour the country with a roadshow to bring in a new audience of tourists who haven’t considered the idea of taking a cruise and enlightening them to what they are missing out on. Currently Windstar Cruises is reliant on the fact that each year they enjoy 33% repeat business, according to their sales and marketing director Andy Harmer, but this idea of face to face sales provides the company to give potential customers a personal Q&A on matters that may have put them off in the past.

Due to demand Windstar Cruises has had to broaden its horizons and new and popular destinations to its list of available cruises. Looking to the future the cruise line has added Egypt, Israel and Baltic cruises to its 2011 programme, all of which will be highlighted during the roadshow. A variety of new excursions as well as pre and post cruise options as Windstar attempts to make itself one of the most customer friendly and exciting cruise lines available. Customers can take advantage of the cruise lines fantastic new tours added to their Concierge Collection, including helicopter rides over Cannes, France and cycle trips through the city of Lucca, Italy.

With a variety of upgrades currently been applied to the services and facilities offered to customers of Windstar Cruises there is plenty to enjoy. The new roadshow will highlight all the new aspects available in the upcoming 2011 programme which offer a unique and entertaining holiday.
