Unlike some of the busier Ibiza resorts, San Juan does not boast a huge range of activities however the chance to go sightseeing is one that should not be missed! San Juan is seen as one of the last traditional villages in Ibiza with local history seeping through the cobbled streets. This rural area is probably the Ibiza destination that is the least affected by modern tourism. Visitors come to San Juan to experience the Ibiza of the past when the island was a Spanish backwater. San Juan - Weather and Climate
San Juan is similar to many other Ibiza holiday resorts and has sunshine for an average 12 hours a day during the summer months. Although the winter period has less hours of sun, the temperature is still warm and ideal for a winter Ibiza holiday. The stunning sunrises and sunsets are an advantage of heading to the resort during the summer, the winter evenings can get quite chilly so it is recommended that visitors bring warm clothing.
