The weather stays warm all year round in Quinta do Lago so if your visit is based on sports or relaxation, there is always a good time to travel. The best time of year to visit is of course over the summer period where you can enjoy around 12 hours of sunlight each day. The temperatures over the hottest months of July and August will reach as high as 30°C. You can enjoy clear blue skies and no rain during a summer visit to the resort.
Things start to cool down over autumn going into winter but the temperature will rarely ever drop below 15°C during the day. With the temperature reduced the hours of sunlight also comes down and you will be treated to 6 hours of sunlight, there is still plenty to enjoy on a great day at the beach. March is the wettest month of the year but when it gets past spring the temperatures begin to rise high once again.
