Playa de Fanabe is a brilliant resort for activities. Here, you can try activities on both land and sea and it is guaranteed that you will not run out of things to try. On land, you can try quad biking, walking, hiking and even horse riding. You can have tuition in quad biking and horse riding which makes it even more popular. For those of you who prefer water activities, there is a wide choice of water sports to choose from. These include, snorkelling, scuba diving, jet-skiing, para gliding and para sailing. There are also whale and dolphin watching boat trips which prove very popular with many whales being spotted often. A trip to the ever popular Mount Teide is also an option. You can get a coach trip up to the shop on the volcano and then take the cable car further up. Trips to the water park are popular, especially amongst children, as are trips up to the LoroParque.

Playa de Fanabe has many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. There are all sorts of accommodation ranging from 2-5-star. You will find all different types of cuisine such as Chinese, Spanish, Italian and English so there is something for everyone. The very lively resort of Playa de las Americas is easily accessible and you can choose to go here should you want a lively night out. There are banks in Playa de Fanabe as well as chemists should you need them. The airport is only 15 minutes away meaning you do benefit from a short transfer time. There are plenty of shops to try selling everything from clothes to jewellery to souvenirs.
Playa De Fanabe Weather and Climate
Playa de Fanabe is a beautiful resort with sunshine all year round. The water temperatures are high, being around 24C in summer and 20C in winter. The temperatures are 30C in the summer on land and no lower than 15C in the winter. There are 11-12 hours of sunshine a day during the summer and only 5 in the winter, however it is still very hot when the sun does come out in the winter. There is a breeze to make the heat bearable and you will find that you can stay comfortable throughout the day.
