The water temperature in the summer is around 24°C making the water perfect for swimming and water sports. You will have around 11 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months between June and August. During the winter, the temperature is still only 12°C. The coldest month is January and the winters tend to be relatively dry. There are only around 45 days of rainfall in a year and this usually clears up very quickly. You still have around 6-7 hours of sunshine a day in San Pedro de Alcantara in the winter months. November and February tend to be the wettest months in the resort.
