Pop sensation Lady Gaga is been rumoured to be performing at the 2010 spring Lovech Fest in Bulgaria. The festival takes place in Lovech which is a northern city in Bulgaria where a variety of music performances happen over a period of five days. The event has drawn much publicity over the years and is becoming a big date on music fans calendars.

A visit from Lady Gaga would surely boost the stock of Lovech Fest even further if she came be persuaded to come. Local businessmen, including tycoon Grisha Ganchev, fully supports the Lovech council’s efforts to bring such a well known international act to the town. Along with the Lady Gaga rumours rap heavyweight The Game is also anticipated to make an appearance at the festival.

The five day Lovech Fest offers up great shows and live performances featuring free concerts. While the headline acts haven’t been officially named for this year’s festival, last year saw rapper Xzibit light up the stage during a very successful Lovech Fest.

Lovech town itself is a very nice place to visit with many theatres and museums showing its culture, and beautiful scenery with many natural sights. Lovech is mainly a student town with the many schools and colleges in the area, and it is down to this reason perhaps why festival does so well.

So as the residents of Lovech and the many who plan to travel to the festival in May 2010, they will all have their fingers crossed that the likes of Lady Gaga and The Game will be gracing the stage with their unique sound, entertaining the masses.
